Child-Centred & Play-Based Counselling (Ages 4-11)
Working With Parents & Carers
Parent and carer collaboration may be incorporated where appropriate to support understanding, consistency and the child’s therapeutic goals. This may include sharing practical strategies, psychoeducation and ways to support emotional regulation and communication outside of sessions.

Developmentally appropriate counselling that uses play, creative activities and therapeutic conversation to help children understand and express emotions, build regulation skills, strengthen confidence and support overall wellbeing.
